Stress: A sustained chronic narrow-focus, intense attention and exposure to a positive or a negative personal experience. Conscious or OTC origin.

Anxiety: The fears experienced when we are thinking and worrying about something. It is thought-mind origin.

Panic Attack: Accelerated and recycled anxiety

Depression: An illness of mind-body. It is very common. And is treatable. Two millions cases in UK each year. Churchill and Victoria had it...

Depression symptoms:

Physical: Insomnia, mental and body slow, Appetite gain/loss, loss of interest in relationship-sex, tiredness, constipation, period problems, headaches...

Psychological: Low mood, loss of interest-involvement, emotional emptiness, anxiety, depressive-negative thoughts, poor concentration and memory, delusions, hallucinations, suicidal impulse...

Causes of symptoms: Chemical and hormone deficiencies in the brain. Brain is like a bundle of telephone wires. Transmitting and receiving messages within the brain, and to and from the other parts of the body. Some of the messages are sent by electrical impulses, others depend on the release and transmission of particular chemicals called; neurotransmitters.

Neurotransmitters: Dopamine, Serotonin, Noradrenalin

Stress hormones: Corticotrophin-CRF, Adrenocorticotrophic hormone-ACTH, Adrenaline, Cortisol. All interact in the production of fear, anxious and anxiety states = depression.
